At Country Health Care, we understand that you want fast, reliable, low cost delivery of your online orders. That’s why we partner with Australia’s largest postage supplier, Australia Post, to deliver orders across the street or across Australia.

Our Promise to You

• We dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2 business days of you placing your order on the Country Health Care website.
All parcels under 22kg are sent via Australia Post’s ‘Parcel Post’ service.
• The time it takes for you to receive your order depends on how far away your delivery address is from our Shepparton store:
  • Melbourne metro deliveries should be received within 2 business days of dispatch from our store
  • Interstate metro deliveries should be received within 3 – 7 business days of dispatch from our store
  • Country and remote areas will take longer.
